Overall exceptional stay!

Perfect place for rest, relaxation. The resort is doing best trying to accommodate guests and making the stay as pleasant as possible. My family and I had a very pleasant time at the resort. Clean, convenient facilities in great condition and absolutely no crowding. Food is excellent, plentiful in huge variety, exceeding expectations. Beautiful beach with all the comfort and plenty of personal space is just steps away. We had a rental car - important, if interested in seeing places other than the resort - strongly recommended - a lot to see around.

− The only concern, NOT relating to the RESORT, is the lifeguard situation on the beach (apparently separate from the resort). Very aggressive, intrusive swimming rules. Even in the presents of small waves, the yellow flag is up, and lifeguards in a rude manner keep the swimmers only at about waist deep water - very uncomfortable and unnecessary. This cannot be explained by safety measures. We had multiple visits to Greek islands in the past and this is the first time we have encountered this intrusive and rude lifeguard behavior. On a couple of days like that we simple drove to a different nearby beach to enjoy it.

We are a family with 2 small children, 8 months and 3 years. The resort is perfect from all points of view: - very nice beach with a bar and a restaurant, showers,water to refillyour bottles and to clean your shoes, lifeguard, water perfect for children, sandy beach. - very clean, beds are comfortable, - pools very clean, big pool nor crowded, the shared pool from our room was very clean and very helpfull with our children - the food was amazing, fresh, all kind of food from fresh vegetables to pizza pasta, also the food suitable for vegetarians and for the low calories. The staff from the kitchen prepare evry day a special meal for out small children. Thank you again for this! - all.the staff.were very helpful and very nice. Congratulations for all the management of this hotel! Keep up the good work!

A very pleasant family stay with friendly staff, great facilities and an excellent beach

Very good infrastructure, a comfortable room, and an excellent beach directly in front of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly throughout the hotel, and the food was good overall. We also enjoyed the activities, the animation team and kids’ mini club, as well as most of the evening programme.

− A few small improvements would make the stay even better: plastic dishes, cups and cutlery for younger children in the restaurants; colder drinks, especially soft drinks and sparkling wine in the hot weather; and an earlier evening programme finish, as the noise could sometimes be noticeable when trying to sleep early.

Greek dinner in beach restaurant. Hotels beach is sandy and beautiful.

− Food options in main restaurant. The selection is poorer compared to other five star all-inclusive hotels. The same choice every morning. We decided to eat in local tavern several evenings.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und der Service im Allgemeinen war ausgezeichnet. Pool und Strand waren nicht überfüllt, sodass man immer einen Platz bekommen hat.

Everything was wonderful: the hotel's location, the quality of the services, the cleanliness, and the food, which was varied and excellent throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised when the hotel kindly upgraded us, on its own initiative, to a much larger and more comfortable room than the one we had originally booked, with a beautiful front sea view. This was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The entertainment team was very active and present throughout the day, both around the pool and on the beach. Overall, we had an excellent holiday and would highly recommend this hotel. We would be delighted to return in the future.

− As a suggestion, during periods when the pool is particularly busy, it would be nice to organize more sports activities, such as water polo games. I understand that the entertainment team probably has a limited number of members, as they are simultaneously involved in activities throughout different areas of the resort. I would also recommend offering a wider selection of cocktails at both the hotel bars and the beach bar. Finally, the evening entertainment could be further enhanced with higher-quality performances and a stronger emphasis on traditional Greek music, dance, and culture. I believe that adding more authentic Greek atmosphere and audience participation would make the overall resort experience even more memorable.
