3.0Only one friendly staff managing everything.
− Stayed: 1 night as local guests* Unfortunately, our experience at Ocean View Beach Resort was very disappointing. *Check-in & Service* There was no warm welcome on arrival. It appeared there was only one staff member managing everything - cooking, serving, and cleaning - which made service very slow and unattentive. *Cleanliness & Facilities* The property was not well maintained. - The cabanas and common areas were dirty. We noticed stray dogs around the property at all times, and even found dog footprints and ticks on the benches, chairs, and walls outside the cabanas. - The washrooms did not match the photos on the website. They were untidy, with rusty door knobs. There is also a major privacy concern - the washroom areas on both sides are open, so anyone in the next cabana could see in if they were not known to you. The toilet seat was broken and was so uncomfortable to use. - No tissues or hand-washing facility were provided. When we requested this, we were ignored at first and then told "the liquid is on the floor". *Food* The food was both expensive and below standard. - The menu and photos online do not reflect what is served. The taste was poor. We ordered fruit juice for over Rs. 3000 and it tasted like water. - Breakfast and tea were served with stray dogs sitting in the dining area and flies around the food. The chairs were also dirty. *Other* Even though "Free Wi-Fi" is advertised, there was no service at all during our stay. *Overall* For the price paid, the experience did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness, privacy, service, or food quality. As local guests, we left feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. We would not recommend this property and have attached photos of the washroom conditions for reference

4.0La vue sur la mer en premier plan. La gentillesse du personnel
− Un peut tout le reste… Logement assez usé, une seul prise de fonctionnel Pas de ventilation. Lieux assez isolé qui vaut probablement le coup d’être découvert à la haute saison. C est également mon logement qui m’aura coûté le plus cher pour si peut.

− Leider gab es sehr viele Mücken und unser Netz hatte ein paar Löcher aber beim drauf aufmerksam machen haben wir direkt ein neues bekommen
