Podsumowując – sam ośrodek ma bardzonn dobrą lokalizację i przyjemną strefę SPA, dlatego mogę go polecić, ale wyłącznie
5.0Pobyt w ośrodku oceniam mieszanie. Lokalizacja jest świetna – blisko zejścia do morza i promenady, a strefa SPA naprawdę zasługuje na pochwałę. Śniadania były bardzo dobre i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Niestety komfort wypoczynku został w moim przypadku mocno zepsuty przez kilka istotnych kwestii.
− Największym problemem był hałas. Pokój od strony promenady oznacza praktycznie brak ciszy zarówno w dzień, jak i wieczorem. Dodatkowo od godziny około 9:00 do 22:00 nieustannie słychać głośne buczenie wentylatorów od dmuchańców, które znajdują się tuż za oknami. Po kilku dniach jest to naprawdę męczące i trudno mówić o spokojnym wypoczynku. Drugim dużym minusem była temperatura w pokoju. Klimatyzacji brak, a wewnątrz przez cały pobyt utrzymywało się ponad 25°C – niezależnie od tego, czy na zewnątrz było 17°C, czy 30°C. Ogrzewanie było ustawione na minimum, ale wyglądało na to, że panel nie działał prawidłowo. Jednego wieczoru temperatura w pokoju dochodziła nawet do około 28°C, co bardzo utrudniało sen. Dodatkowym utrudnieniem był brak windy, co szczególnie daje się we znaki przy dotarciu na wyższe kondygnacje. W pokojach brak obsługi. Śmieci wynosi się samodzielnie, a ręczniki nie są wymieniane podczas pobytu, chyba że na wyraźną prośbę. Rozczarował również basen. Przez cały okres naszego pobytu był czynny tylko jeden dzień i akurat wtedy, gdy padał deszcz. Liczyliśmy na możliwość korzystania z niego częściej. Jeśli chodzi o restaurację Promenada/Klif (ten sam właściciel), jedzenie oceniam przeciętnie. Dorsz i łosoś były bardzo smaczne, natomiast pstrąg z grilla został podany niedopieczony. Polędwiczki były mocno przesuszone, a żeberka były przeciągnięte i zawierały więcej kości niż mięsa. Sałatka z „mini krewetkami” zawierała ich naprawdę symboliczne ilości. Schabowy natomiast był w porządku.
