− Сразу после заселения обедали в ресторане на территории отеля, и двое из троих гостей отравились. Далее подтвердилась кишечная инфекция, которая продолжается по сегодняшний день(7 дней прошло) Менджер отеля всячески открещивался и говорил что это не их вина, хотя мы больше нигде не кушали, на сторону гостя не встают говоря что мы обманываем. В дальнейшем на кухне отеля увидели, что сухари в тарелку сыпали на полу, а теплоту сосиски перед подачей официант проверил своим пальцем прямо перед подачей. Менеджера отеля предлагаю проверить на пригодность. Клиентоориентированности в отеле нет совсем. Отдых был испорчен.

10.0Lovely property, initially we were placed in a ground floor room, but the management was happy to update our request to a top floor with balcony the next day. Serene and calm outdoor spaces, good breakfast - we got complimentary beers which was a nice touch. Staff were courteous.
