Spectacular view and great hospitality close to Otavalo.
10.0The hospitality was exceptional at Puerto Lago. We appreciated how kind the hotel staff was with everything from booking our taxis to leaving heating pads in the bed for our return at night. The view is spectacular and the grounds are immaculate. Our kids didn’t want to leave and enjoyed the amenities from archery to the swing zip line.

− Overpriced restaurant and the quality of the food has declined from previous years.

− La CARNE DE RES, muy mala calidad, muy dura y mal preparada. Imposible de comer. Solo la carne, el resto de la comida muy sabrosa.
