Konuma ulaşmak kolay. Personel çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı idi. Otel manager çok ilgili, aktif güleryüzlü ve çözüm odaklı bir insandı. Havuzlar süperdi. Çocuklar eğlendiler.

Hotel Kipriotis Panarama offered an exceptional experience with a delicious breakfast, lunch, and evening sessions that satisfied every palate. The room was very spacious, and the view of the sea was breathtaking. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with guidance and support. Their service (at reception, in restaurants, at the swimming pools…) was truly top-notch, making guests feel very welcomed and valued throughout their stay. The amenities and hospitality exceeded the expectations. Especially, the deeply heartfelt engagement of the Manager (Mr. George) created a feeling of being at home and beyond! Highly recommended for a memorable and comfortable stay! An exquisite place to forget the daily hassle and enjoy life!

Δυστυχώς το μόνον καλό ήταν το WIFI!!! Και ίσως η θέση κοντά στην πόλη.

− Το πρωινο ήταν απογοητευτικο - μαζικό και χωρίς value for money!!! Το δωμάτιο παρά το οτι ήταν σουίτα ήταν σαν να βρισκοσουν 40 χρόνια πριν. Η τουαλέττα μύριζε και σε ένα πρόβλημα που δημιουργήθηκε στην reception περιμενα 'ωρες για να λυθεί. Κακή επικοινωνία και αργή reception με Υπηρεσία κρατήσεων!!!

Nous étions venus dans cet hôtel il y a 12 ans mais il a beaucoup changé. Selon moi, il n'a plus du 5 hôtel que les étoiles! La propreté est à souligner mais tout y est vétuste. Nous avions pris une chambre rénovée mais outre une partie du mobilier qui a été renouvelé, tout le reste est vétuste et particulièrement les sanitaires. Même chose au niveau des communs, restaurant, piscine... Cet hôtel a vieilli. Il mériterait d'être rénové en profondeur.

− La plus grande critique porte sur le restaurant et la nourriture. En comparaison avec il y a 12 ans, il a franchement diminué de qualité et de service. Restaurant terne, chaises viellies et couvertes de taches ou de déchirure. La plupart des serveurs tirent une tête jusque par terre... La nourriture est variée mais toujours tiède et de qualité médiocre. Le choix des boissons est très limité. Au repas, il n'est pas possible de choisir une bouteille de vin même en la payant. Il n'y a que du vin à la pompe de qualité plus que basique!!!

Camere ampie

− Le foto non corrispondono assolutamente alla realtà, struttura molto datata, le nostre camere erano con la moquette sporca e non stesa bene, le camere non vengono pulite, il personale addetto svuota il cestino e tira su le lenzuola, il bagno non viene mai pulito. Gli asciugamani per il ci si min vengono cambiati anche se è evidente che sono sporchi Praticamente in 2 minuti sistemano le camere. Nella zona piscina i lettini sono molto usurati e spesso molto sporchi Lo squash e la sauna che dovrebbero essere al piano -1 in realtà non esistono! In generale sporco un po’ ovunque Cibo al buffet vario ma di scarsa qualità Per quel che riguarda lo staff alcuni sono sorridenti e disponibili altri l’esatto opposto. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile . 15€ di tassa di soggiorno al giorno per camera per una struttura che non si avvicina nemmeno a un 5 stelle.!!
