Highly misleading room sizes and terrible customer service.

− Highly misleading room sizes and terrible customer service. After a long flight to Bali, we arrived to find the "Deluxe King" rooms were much smaller than pictured and could not accommodate my family. I spent four days prior to check in begging for a full or partial refund, but they refused because I was two days past the cancellation window. They showed zero flexibility, refused to compromise on rescheduling two of the first two days, and used our check-in day as an excuse to deny changes. To make matters worse, there is no phone support; you can only communicate via WhatsApp text. Save your money and book elsewhere.

− It’s dirty, no access, no cara to pick you up, difficult mobility, the cabins are small. It’s not a 4 star as indicated. Food is bad in breakfast, it comes with lots of plastics… not a good experience
