10.0Piękne miejsce, cudowny personel, wszyscy z obsługi Panie z recepcji, Panie z kuchni, Pan złota rączka -wszyscy uśmiechnięci, bardzo pomocni, sympatyczni.
Bardzo polecam, było super
10.0Fajna baza wypadowa w góry. Przepyszne śniadania i przepyszne obiady. Personel bardzo miły i chętnie pomocny w każdej sprawie.
Wspaniale można tu odpocząć
8.0Pięknie położony, przestronny, spokojny ośrodek z wieloma atrakcjami (basen, kręgle, ognisko). Trochę przestarzałe, ale wygodne i bardzo czyste pokoje. Wygodne łóżka. Śniadanie znakomite, zwłaszcza naleśniki, chociaż procedura zamawiania na kolejny dzień trochę kłopotliwa, zwłaszcza dla osób nie jedzących mięsa (sztywne zestawy łączące na przykład naleśniki z serem z porcją szynki). Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Sprzątanie tylko na życzenia, ale na naszą prośbę o wymianę ręczników zareagowano natychmiast. Stosunek ceny do jakości wyśmienity!
− Bardzo by się przydała wymiana zasłon na choć odrobinę zaciemniające. Światło budziło mnie o zbyt wczesnej porze. Oraz zmiany w karcie śniadaniowej, żeby można było wybierać potrawy z większą elastycznością.
Przemiły pobyt w świetnym ośrodku na skraju Piwnicznej
9.0Pobyt w Iskrze był bardzo przyjemny. Lokalizacja jest idealna na osób szukających spokoju. Mimo sporego obłożenia w długi weekend, nie czuło się gwaru ani hałasu. Śniadania oferowane przez Iskrę były bardzo smaczne, a cały personel niesamowicie życzliwy i pogodny.
− Wygodniej byłoby, gdyby suszarki były dostępne w pokojach, tak samo jak dodatkowe/większe kosze na śmieci. Poza tym nie mam uwag.

− W obiekcie wszystko ok ale przy wjeździe w ostatnią uliczkę powinien być bardziej rzucający się w oczy baner z nazwą obiektu . …… a może ja jestem gapa ??? bo minąłem zjazd 😅😆🙈
