The room was good, and there was greenery, I asked for a room with good view, and I got a room with greenery view, this is the only good thing that happened ion this stay.

− Some of the staff were really polite and helpful - to name - Arjun, Vinod and Jagan. Rest, the cleaning staff was not good. The daal was dropped on the floor by mistake by the room service staff and the cleaning staff was not ready to clean it until they are done with cleaning all the other rooms where there were no customers yet. Also, the washroom was logged with water, and I had to use the washroom, the other washroom near the restaurant was very dirty, and therefore I asked the cleaning staff to help with at least the washroom issue as I had to pee and I am literally writing it here because it was a horrible experience, the cleaning staff didn't bother to help with the washroom. So, I had to call at the reception to ask for any washroom at the hotel which I can use and then the receptionist Jagan helped to change my room. This is so disappointing. The kitchen staff was not able to understand my order - neither in English nor in Hindi and therefore I had to go out to eat for all lunches and dinners. I only ate breakfast at the hotel as it was served in buffet and I didn't have to order anything so there was no communication required. The taxi that the hotel hired for me to drop me at the bus station was also not a good one, the driver was very rude, took the payment in advance and didn't even turn on the AC even after asking 3 times. Everything at the stay was very irritating and frustrating except sitting in my room and looking out of the window. Thanks to the nature and greenery for keeping me sane for 3 days of my stay. The hotel really really need to work a lot and improve their services.
