Poor conditions, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience

− The listing said “pay at the property,” but immediately after booking they demanded 50% advance payment before arrival, which was misleading and frustrating. The actual stay looked nothing like the photos dirty, gloomy, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff was extremely unprofessional. When I tried to cancel, the person in charge argued aggressively and even shouted at me. Even though I didn’t stay, I still had to pay cancellation charges equivalent to one night’s booking. Overall, a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this place.
