7.0Super friendly staff, nice clean room and good restaurant choices. 5 Minute shuffle to nearby Montego Bay Sandals with even better restaurants.
− Not enough lounge chairs at pool and beach. All good ones are reserved all day for clients with Butler Service. Since not many choices left people start putting their towels and personal stuff on the rest of the chairs early in the morning. On most days only chairs in the sun available. We booked Beach Club suite with nice ocean view but nightly entertainment was only feet away and very noisy. Lasts until 10 or 11pm.
It was nice but wouldn’t return to this specific location.
5.0The staff was exceptional!
− No authentic Jamaican food on the resort, we had to pay a ridiculous amount to a taxi to get a ride to a restaurant. The WiFi service was terrible as expected due to reading the other reviews. The entertainment was boring. Property is on the beach but the beachfront space is very limited. The private island is cool but also very small if you want to swim. The resort in general is small with not much to do.

7.0I like Spices Restaurant because the ones that we will like to eat we have to make a reservation and there’s no opening. If we knew science the first day that the restaurant was very busy we would make the reservation that day.
− You should have someone that speaks Spanish in the facility.
