1.0The cockroaches and dust all over the rusty furnitures.
− A very bad hygiene and rude staff.
Toilet was horrible

− Toilet was horrible. Toilet bowl was cracked and sellotaped. The bowl even moved when we got on it. The tap cannot be closed tightly the water came out. Almost rm500 per night but got horrible toilet, even the light was dimmed. Haiyaaa
Zu teuer, dreckig - nicht nochmal!
2.0− Das Hotelpersonal war unfreundlich, die komplette Anlage gehört generalsaniert, alles wackelt oder ist kaputt. Zudem ist alles dreckig und lädt nicht für einen Urlaub ein!
Good to know
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the swimming pool is closed for maintenance from 16 September 2018 until further notice.
