10.0Det hade allt! Super trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gjorde hotellet till en 10:a. Hotellet inrett med många fina och vackra detaljer. Reception, somalier och hovmästare som på alla sätt hjälpte oss.

7.0Sehr schönes Hotel das mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail erarbeitet wurde. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
− Von einem 5Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich, dass das Warmwasser funktioniert oder Mann zumindest darum bemüht ist, dass es schnellstmöglich wieder geht. Hatte 3 Tage kein Warmwasser zum duschen, aber der Dame an der Reception war das „irgendwie“ egal !
