− Everything, the staff's behavior. Not entertaining Guest, no. Hospitality. No wonder why they left bad reviews and they get used to it when guests leave their resort same day as they check in because of everything. And they dont process refund even if they didnt meet your satisfaction even when you call booking.com, they'll just asked you of what happened but no action was made.
