− The property we checked into is not as advertised. The listing stated that the beach was less than a one-minute walk away and that the room offered a garden view. However, upon arrival, we found that neither of these descriptions accurately reflects the actual condition of the property. The actual room is remote from the main hotel compound and needed to take a buggy to get to hotel restaurant and beach and the surroundings is bad (we were told that it is 700metres from the main resort after we confirmed and paid for the booking) We are very disappointed, as the accommodation does not match the information and images used in the advertise The hotel manager failed in handling our complaints and her reaction was cold and not willing to help at the beginning. However, the hotel managed to upgrade the room on the 2nd night with some special treats ie spa,dinner,etc Moreover,the condition of the resort is quite run down. No shower cap, no kleenex. Loud noise from air con. Restaurant's toilet not well cleaned and no toilet paper!!
