10.0Rocky Resort is a hidden gem in koh tao. Think old school thailand in the best way. Fan room, no hot water, super friendly people and a stunning location. Enjoy the sea breeze instead of AC. Knowing that people exist, that think they will like it but dont. It's not for everyone. Read the very accurate description, manage your expectations and don't give an unfair review later We stayed at an Bungalow directly at the sea. The beach is beautiful, The coral is mostly dead so snorkeling is better elsewhere,. Renting a scooter is a good choice.

9.0Beautiful location, I could see and hear the sea from my room, easy access to the beach and little restaurant on site. Some creepy crawlies in the room and non flushing toilets but worth it for the view at a good price!
