1.0− Престоят ми в този хотел беше голямо разочарование и не отговаряше на очакванията ми за 5-звезден хотел. Стаята беше много мръсна. Имаше мравки навсякъде, включително и по леглото. По ъглите имаше паяжини, а в банята имаше мухъл, което е абсолютно недопустимо за хотел от такъв клас. Храната беше много обикновена и без особен вкус. За хотел с 5 звезди очаквах значително по-голямо разнообразие и по-високо качество на храната. Като цяло чистотата в хотела беше на много ниско ниво и това остави много лошо впечатление. Обслужването също не беше на необходимото ниво. Момичето, което раздаваше сладолед, беше грубо с гостите и често отсъстваше от работното си място, което ни принуждаваше да чакаме, за да бъдем обслужени. За съжаление престоят ми не оправда очакванията ми за 5-звезден хотел. Не бих препоръчал този хотел и се надявам ръководството да вземе мерки за подобряване на хигиената, храната и обслужването.

− Az első napon nem a lefoglalt szobákat kaptuk, hanem családi szobákat közös fürdőszobával, mely kényelmetlen volt, de másnap megkaptuk a megfelelő szobákat.
