− Đặt trước ăn nhưng lễ tân hẹn có người tư vấn xong quên, tối qua nhà hàng nhân viên báo ăn chờ 1h mới có đồ, khi phản hồi thì nhân viên quay lưng đi luôn và phải ra nơi khác ăn😣

− Le restaurant. Le service doit être amélioré. La formation des employés est inadéquate. Plats fades et sans saveur. À revoir absolument la qualité et le service car les prix sont élevés et que de plus les alternatives à pied dans les environs sont presque inexistantes.

− All'hotel ho trascorso 4 notti dato il costo pensavo una eccellenza . Non forniscono il servizio cambio valuta. Organizzazione tour inesistente (insistendo hanno contattato un'organizzazione esterna)chiedendo una cifra veramente folle ma folle. Abbiamo cenato la prima notte in hotel (una mensa)nulla di speciale, hanno preteso il pagamento in contanti (sul momento non a fine soggiorno), mai più. Se hai problemi, non pensare che ti aiutino. Preferisco di gran lunga le homstay dove le seguenti notti ho cenato eccelentemente avendo avanti a me un panorama stupendo. Vedete voi!!!
