6.0El entorno
− Mala mantención.
Cette dernière étape de notre voyage en Colombie dans ce resort était tout simplement parfait. Nous étions cinq: mon mar
10.0Emplacement très pratique lorsque les vols de retour partent de Carthagène. Magnifique site. Chambres propres et confortables. Belle plage. Personnel gentil et serviable. Excursions offertes par l’hôtel.
A beautiful and peaceful hotel with a great beach and kind staff, but the food was normal
7.0The hotel is really nice and very comfortable. The room was great, and the bed was especially comfortable. It is a quiet hotel, so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing stay. The beach is good and the ocean is really nice as well. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout the stay. Just keep in mind that the area is not very walkable, so if you like walking around or exploring nearby places, this may not be the best location for that. Everything gets very quiet around 8:00 PM, which makes it great for resting and disconnecting.
− The biggest disappointment was definitely the food. Breakfast was the only decent meal, mostly because it was buffet-style with fruit and simple options, so you could put something together yourself. Outside of breakfast, the food was very disappointing. Even though meals are included, there are limited schedules and set menus, and the quality was not good. I expected much better, especially since food is such an important part of the experience. The alcohol options were also very limited and expensive, which was disappointing as well. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with a great beach and very nice staff, but the food was a major letdown.
5 días en Isla Encanto
7.0Lindo lugar, lindas playas, buena atención
− Las piscinas son con agua salada, es el único punto en contra
Pleasant stay but not worth the price.
6.0The pool and beach were lovely, and the views of the ocean from all over the resort were stunning. The beds were really comfortable and big, and the air-con in the rooms was amazing! We really appreciated the staff being patient with us and communicating through Google translate as we didn’t speak much Spanish. Coco the parrot and the rest of the wildlife were lovely to see around the hotel also.
− The food is not great, there are limited choices, plates and bowels were sometimes dirty, flys were seen all over the food and a long hair was found in my evening meal. A very limited choice of 1 soft drink with each meal is not what we would call all inclusive. The service was quite slow and not very attentive, there were no staff at the main pool to take drinks orders, meaning we would have to walk to the other side of the resort to get our own, which is fine, but not what you expect for the price point. Obtaining drinkable water was only available at the dispenser in reception, which was sometimes empty, and the only other option was paying for bottles of water. We really enjoyed the free paddle-boards on the beach, but there were only 3 so this meant some days we weren’t able to go on them. Some of the jewellery and trinket stalls could be really persistent, constantly calling and waving us over when trying to relax. Overall it just was not great value for money. It is not somewhere we would stay again or recommend to others.
Perfect getaway for a couple of days
9.0Relaxed and chilled atmosphere
− You have to pay for extra water, the restaurant outside get really hot and no possibility to eat in air conditioned area, missing small store to get drinks and snacks for in the room
