9.0i like the sorroundings of the hotel, everything in it, the room is wide enough for the family plus it has a balcony and we can cook without additional charge, the staff are superb, they respect the privacy i wanted for being introvert😅 the beach is perfect even though it does not have a white sand however it is clean and the water is crystal clear, the peace you are longing is there. i just love the place truly and Sir Kevin is very accomodating, he even given us a huge discount when we decided to extend..highly appreciated such a wonderful people and place out there. moreover, they allow us to check in very early in the morning without additional charges, we owe it from Sir Kevin..thanks a lot po
− very minimal that we can handle so easily, just the utensils in the kitchen though i guess my fault also because i did not asked it from them😅 and the location a bit far from party district but can be managed by hiring a motorbike or the like.

1.0The location is good if your looking for peace away from the main destinations of the island if your for business or seminar I will not recommend.
− The email from the owner states that they could provide breakfast, upon arrival we ask the care taker about the matter we were informed that they do not serve breakfast considering the distance of the property from the main thorough fairs of the island they should provide breakfast. The staff is not accommodating

4.0Nice to see locals hanging out at the beach. Price was affordable
− The bathroom was really not nice. The ceiling had holes in and was covered in mould. Dead insects (and live ones). Would not recommend to stay longer than a night. Hard to get anywhere from property either.
okay but a bit run down even for the cheap price.

− Our room was in dire need of renovation. It smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom had a hole in the ceiling.
