Unfriendly ladies at the reception and guest information, no customer service, the category stars is not worth. Balcony is not cleaned and so on. But very nice waitresses in the restaurant and the female waitresses at the bar are really trying. Spa ist Not a Spa.

Amazing treatment

I had more than one massage with Alexandra. She detected all my back problems just by browsing over my back and immediately started to solve back knots I had for years. She stayed professional and when she noticed I had more pain than usual in one spot she checked in on me and adjusted the pressure accordingly. The massage was so good that I decided to come back on my last day for another deep tissue one. However not just Alexandra was amazing but so was the whole atmosphere, just by walking into the room I felt stress fall of my shoulder as the room is dimmed perfectly and in the background a calm melody is playing. Would definitely recommend a massage at AEGEO and with Alexandra.

Massage was extremely nice, especially deep tissue with Massage Therapist Pi. She knows how to treat each point and applies pressure at the right places. Pi also checks in with you and is truly professional! I even booked twice with her as she helped cure my back problems with ease.

I am now at Ikaros beach resort and spa. Comming to Grece a few Times to Be onest I did not expect such conditions. Excelent resort. I am trying to find somethin wrong but there is nothing wrong here. I am here for 3 days and everythinhg îs excepțional. The room is big,clean . The food is excellent and varied. The beach is very clean, and the sunbeds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort; it is unexpectedly beautiful and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.

Positives: We were upgraded to a bungalow room which was very kind of them. The reception staff are good. The Greek staff are very polite and friendly. The resort itself is clean and nicely built. The rooms and nicely cleaned. Negatives: It is very difficult to find your way around when you arrive for the first few days as there are insufficient signposts. The Guest Relations is very poor. Most 5* hotels go out of their way to help guests. Not here. Apparently you can change dinner to lunch but not breakfast to lunch. The justification is that ‘breakfast is always the same’. I don’t understand this logic. If you can’t wake up by 10.30 (you are on holiday after all!) you miss breakfast and half of your half board meals. They should give you the option to switch from breakfast to lunch. No effort to help guests, just themselves. You cannot book a restaurant unless you book it the day you arrive. The restaurant facilities are insufficient for the number of guests at the hotel. When you explain to guest relations that you have a special occasion the following day and have been unable to book a restaurant, they do not recommend any alternatives. You have to ask if there are any nice restaurants nearby. A professional guest relations would offer you the alternatives and book it for you. Here, you are given a couple of business cards and sent on your way. Very poor service indeed. The food in the Olive buffet restaurant is not great. We struggled to find things we enjoyed for dinner. They have theme nights eg. Cypriot night but there are hardly any dishes from that cuisine. The same with asian night. The entertainment is very poor. Adults only should not mean no fun. There is virtually nothing to do after dinner except watch a mediocre act in the bar which only has limited seating.I watched a salsa dance and singing act who were not the standard of a 5* resort. As the hotel got busier it became almost impossible to find a sunbed on the beach because everyone had left a towel on them from the morning. They need to have more sunbeds in busy periods. There is no entertainment on the beach apart from one game at 12pm a couple of times per week. No beach volleyball or fun around the pools. It feels more like a resort for the elderly. Unfortunately, we would not return.

super nice location. Friendly staff. Professional massage. Five restaurants. Some very good, some moderate. Free space on the beach rather rare, but on the pool area always free space. Three nice pools.
