10.0Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal! Toller Service und sehr vielseitiges Angebot an Speisen. Jeden Tag andere Themen. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Im Spa hatten wir zwei Massagen bei Aris, war hervorragend! Jederzeit wieder und vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.

9.0If you are looking for a calm, pleasant, relaxing holiday - this is the place for you. Extremely clean, with a private beach and a very pleasant entry to the sea with the sandy beach, caring service and calm atmosphere (not like on the other part of Malia). Highly recommended for those who value privacy, respect and relaxation.
− I think overall all was good, but a suggestion to improve the menu for the dinner and improve the quality of the drinks at the bar. For the price as it is, the quality is quite low in the content and the presentation. But it is a minor thing.

10.0I loved the pool activities, the food was okay, not much variety. The rooms were good for up to 3 adults. I'd recommend it for chill trips where you don't want to travel around.
− The bathroom kept leaking all over the floor, which was a real mess. Plus, in one of the rooms we booked, the toilet was so awkwardly placed that my legs hit the wall when I tried to sit down – and I'm 5'10", so that shouldn't have been an issue.

6.0Sehr aufmerksames Personal, Top Lage am wunderschönen Strand mit kristallklaren Wasser. Leider konnte die Küche nicht mithalten, insbesondere beim Fleisch und Fisch wirklich enttäuschend. Die Ausstattung würde mit der Zeit auch ein Make-Over benötigen.
