− Power cut, AC not working, Staff not answering calls, room full of fungus smell and fungus in the walls.

− The owner and staff behavior i had to check out from the hotel at 12am when my booking was confirmed and payment was done but they gave me different room and said I have to make another payment since they dont accept my card i said them to refund the amount I was give them cash they refused and started using abusive language
