4.0The front desk staff was amazing Denarri greeted with the warmest hospitality ever but this place is in need of a major renovation. The room smelled horrible . House keeping tried there best but to no avail the mildew smell lingered on . This was my 1st and last stay at the royal tower. If I can’t get a suite at the Cove I will not be vacationing at the Atlantis resort again. I don’t live like this at home I definitely don’t want to stay at a place that is well kept while on Vacay🥹

10.0We had a fantastic time staying at the Royal in a two bedroom imperial suite we were on the 18th floor and we had the best housekeeper. Michelle Meadows made our stay significantly elevated. She provided great service in the room, making sure it was constantly clean and bringing extras like filling the ice bucket every afternoon for us and being kind and friendly and working around our baby and children snaps during the . Michelle really helped make our stay a wonderful time.

Meh, one and done.
4.0I had very high hopes for this trip. Overall the property was fine. Mostly clean. Room was ok, but could use some TLC (bathtub finish was chipped). The main issue here is the massive amount of cruisers that swarm in everyday. Fighting for a pool chair, clogging up rides (when they are all open), and being rude and entitled. The beach was a huge letdown as chairs with shades that aren’t broken are impossible to find. Super crowded with cruisers again. The 15% automatic gratuity does nothing but make service slow and in no rush to keep you happy. My kids had were entertained the whole trip, and that’s a win. Now the kicker, Raphaella told us at check in that if we gave her a good review, she’d wave the daily resort fee….which is a LIE. Don’t fall for it. Food was fine, and kindest service people were the housekeeping staff. If you’re a Marriott person, yes, you can use points, but you don’t get the perks of Marriott. Late checkout is noon at the latest, no free breakfast voucher etc.
