Stayed long enough to book elsewhere and left before opening a bag.
1.0− Staff seemed unaware of our booking. Only one room ready despite booking two. Daughter opened the closet and was greeted by geckos. Opened the curtain and spider looking at me. Turned to talk to my wife sitting on the end of the bed and saw a cockroach run up her arm. Caught it as it reached her neck. Enough is enough. Sorry.

9.0Though no English spoken, the staff was super friendly. When I need to do a border run again, I'll be booking this place again. Quiet and peaceful.
