1.0-ได้ห้องพักseaview 1107 (ชั้น11) ห้องค่อนข้างกว้าง แบ่งโซนห้องนอนและห้องครัว (มีแอร์เฉพาะในห้องนอน) -มี wifi ให้ แต่ยังไม่ได้ลองใช้
− -คอนโดเก่า กำลังรีโนเวท จึงมีแต่อุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างบริเวณชั้น1 (ทางขึ้นลิฟท์) -มีแอร์ในห้องนอนตัวเดียว โซนห้องนั่งเล่นและห้องครัวไม่มีแอร์ -ตู้เก็บของบริเวณครัวเหม็นมากเหมือนกลิ่นอะไรตาย -ระเบียงไม่ได้ใช้เลย เพราะมีแต่ขี้นกเยอะมาก แต่วิวระเบียงโอเค -มีทีวีให้ แต่ดูได้ 1-2 ช่อง -ไม่มีสบู่ แชมพู ต้องออกไปซื้อเอง -ประตูระหว่างห้องนอนกับระเบียงชำรุดทำให้ไม่สามารถเปิดได้ 1 บาน ลองเลื่อนดูนิดเดียวเลยทำให้ประตูปิดไม่สนิท ตอน check out ถูกเรียกเก็บเงิน 300 บาท (แจ้งว่าเป็นค่าบริการช่างซ่อม) แต่เมื่อเรียกช่างมาแล้วทำให้ทราบว่าประตูบานนี้มีปัญหามาก่อนหน้านี้อยู่แล้ว (ฝืดมากกกก เลื่อนไม่ได้) -มีเก็บค่ามัดจำ 500 บาท -รีโมทแอร์ปรับไม่ได้ ตอนกลางคืนหนาวมากกก -ความสะอาดโดยรวมให้ 3/10 -หากจองมาแล้ว แนะนำให้ตรวจสอบห้องให้ดีก่อน และควรถ่ายรูปไว้เป็นหลักฐาน หากมีส่วนชำรุดเสียหาย ให้แจ้งเจ้าของทันที เพราะหากตรวจพบภายหลังอาจไม่ได้ค่ามัดจำคืน (ถึงแม้ว่าคุณจะไม่ได้เป็นคนทำก็ตาม)

− المبنى تحت الصيانة لا يوجد استقبال في الفندق ولا أي خدمة بعد الحجز في البوكينج قاموا بأرسال رسالة مفتاح الغرفة لدى حارس الأمن الذي كان يحرس مواد البناء الموجودة في الموقع
