Avoid during low season
3.0I think it’s a lovely place during peak season, this was not the case at all during low season. Please try to avoid the island during low season. Staff was friendly.
− The place itself was not very clean but that’s not the main issue. Just outside the hotel was a garbage dump and open sewage, disgusting. The island was abandoned, no tourists, literally trash everywhere, bad smell, shops and restaurants closed, mosquitoes. Some places looked like an apocalyptic horror movie. Relaxing on the beach was not possible with wounded wild dogs strolling around and following you. We booked two nights but decided to leave after just one night because of a lack of hygiene on the island, literally only one restaurant on the island was open, such a big disappointment. Don’t go in May. Go in peak season.

8.0Property was clean and comfortable. Right on the water so a good view. Great rooms and porches so easy to relax and unwind.

− Overall property was good however would be nice with a beach you can swim on. Actually the whole island was quite dirty.

Amazing resort in front of the sea
10.0Super nice resort in front of the sea. The small bungalows are cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff and the owners are really kind and helped us with everything we needed. They even offered us a small breakfast with local food. I would definitely recommend and go again :)
