− The lack of water and the unattentive personnel and the ambiance not fresh air..

3.0− 1. Water - most of the time, there's no water coming out of the faucet lavatory, toilet bowl, and shower inside the cabin. 2. Doors - we were about to check out when we found out the electronic lock functionality of the door is not working. 3. Staff - one of the staffs reached out to us just before we head out, she changed the card for room's electricity with another one not working.

− Staff. No hot water. Breakfast at the first day took 2 hours and still incomplete

− The water heaters were not working.... so the hot pool wasn't hot, and the shower wasn't hot either, but that was just a tiny inconvenience, as the weather is nice and hot...

− Everything in the room didn't work at some point, and the roof didn't keep the rain out.
