The entrance welcomed us with soothing music that instantly set the mood for a relaxing getaway — a small touch that made a big impression! We were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks and smiles all around. The staff were genuinely polite, warm, and attentive throughout our stay — their hospitality truly made us feel like honoured guests rather than just visitors. The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and comfortable. The overall vibes of the resort are simply wonderful — peaceful, scenic, and full of positive energy. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding while soaking in the beautiful surroundings of Munnar's misty hills. Munnar Ice Queen Resort is not just a place to stay — it's an experience in itself. The hospitality here is second to none. Highly recommended for families, couples, and solo travellers alike. Will definitely return! 🌿🍦

9.0Stay was good, No complaints but yes they cud hv arrange campfire for us but they din due to wet firewood (reason given by them). Pool area is the highlight of the property.
