9.0Our stay at Taj Bentota was truly cozy, relaxing, and memorable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality. They were extremely accommodating and even upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. We had booked a bed-and-breakfast package but decided to enjoy the dinner buffet at the resort. Thanks to the restaurant staff, we received a great deal, and the dining experience exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, with an excellent selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian Indian dishes. A special thanks to Chef Dalip Singh and Chef Jasvir Singh for going the extra mile by preparing special dish for my family. Their kindness and dedication made our dining experience unforgettable. We would also like to appreciate the entire team at the Palms Restaurant. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. My family had a wonderful time at Taj Bentota. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. We truly didn't want to leave! I would highly recommend Taj Bentota to my friends and family, and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay.
