10.0We only stayed for one night because the hotel was completely booked, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer! The food was absolutely amazing, with so many delicious vegetarian and vegan options, and the location is very central. The whole team was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful. Ruli patiently answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations about what to see on Gili Air, and even organised a good boat for us. We accidentally left our wallet in the room, and one of the staff members ran after us just to return it! The level of care and hospitality here is truly special. Everyone was so genuine and kind-hearted, and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. When we return to Gili Air, we will definitely book this hotel again without hesitation!

− Next door there’s a “mini golf and axe throwing” that has loud music all day, super American style, ruining the experience for the hotel guests. I hope they close business soon.
