Big rooms, clean and beautiful resort

− No safe space to walk around the resort and no stairs. Not friendly for elderly or kids having to walk up and down hill sharing the path with golf carts especially after dark. Also waiters would up charge (asking for house water and they’d still try to bring bottled water, house coffe and being charged an americano or being charged 5$ USD for a slice of toast bread!)

− 最让人气愤和不能接受的是，我已经事先支付了房款，但是结账时酒店的账单显示了额外的费用，我当场表明这个是错误的金额，并和前台包括财务都确认好正确费用并付款。但是当我我离开后，安达仕酒店擅自从我的信用卡多扣了钱。我尝试多次和酒店沟通，酒店的Paula非常粗鲁和敷衍。显示出他们极其糟糕的管理水平和不负责任的态度。他们在没有认真核对的情况下，不知所云的错误的回复我的邮件，

Paradise. Beautiful wooded surroundings where you see deer, monkeys, and iguanas every day. Spacious, well appointed rooms with high ceilings and lots of windows while giving plenty of privacy. So much to do: snorkeling, free boat trips to nearby beaches, paddleboarding, jet skiing, rainforest hikes, kayaking, mountain biking, massages, on site spa,you name it. Delicious food three restaurants to pick from and all at your own pace with great staff to help with a golf cart at your door or just do your own thing at your own pace.

Schöne Anlage mit guter Lage und vielen Möglichkeiten, aber Service und Organisation bleiben deutlich hinter dem hohen P

Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Die Anlage ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet mehrere Pools sowie eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Aktivitäten. Insgesamt sind die Möglichkeiten vor Ort vielfältig und grundsätzlich attraktiv.

− Der Service wirkt zwar bemüht, ist aber insgesamt deutlich überfordert und entspricht nicht dem Niveau, das man bei diesem Preis erwarten darf. Auch organisatorisch gibt es klare Schwächen. Die Bettwäsche wurde selbst nach mehreren Nächten nicht gewechselt. Zudem waren im Zimmer lediglich zwei Doppelbetten vorhanden statt eines großen Bettes, was bei dieser Kategorie enttäuschend ist. Die Klimaanlage ist ungünstig positioniert und bläst direkt ins Gesicht – unangenehm beim Schlafen. Mehrfach waren Poolbereiche oder Restaurants kurzfristig wegen „Private Events“ geschlossen und somit für Hotelgäste nicht nutzbar. Das ist bei dem aufgerufenen Preis schlicht nicht akzeptabel. Auch die Restaurant-Organisation war enttäuschend: Viele Reservierungszeiten waren angeblich nicht verfügbar, obwohl das Restaurant sichtbar halb leer war. Insgesamt entspricht der Service- und Qualitätsstandard nicht dem, was man von einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse – insbesondere im internationalen Vergleich – erwarten würde
