10.0Amazing staff who even drove to us to drop a shirt off that we left in the apartment. Also value for money is unmatched and the aircon was very strong. It is right next to a river which was helpful to cool down.
− Bathroom needs a deep-clean but was not a problem for us.

− Very small room, had to shower ducked down, the shower is right by the toilet so everything gets wet, cockroachs inside the room.
