The room, the bathroom , breakfast was good with nice sea view.Very nice place as it is located near the golf club.

− In the room balcony their was no shadow until afternoon so it was possible to enjoy it only afternoon, the balcony was full with ants which prevented us to seat in the balcony. I complained about it and it took few hours to come to spray the balcony what was useless as in the 2end day the ants come again even more. The beach runway was long and not easy to go the sea area for swimming was very small. I was very disappointed paid about double then a very close hotel with half board comparing to this only breakfast hotel.

Fantastic Property with a few easy fixes needed

Literally this hotel has everthing, a place we stayed for a week that you dont need to even think about leaving to go anywhere else during the trip. Beyond stunning Beach, Golf, Tennis, football, Spa, Kids Club, Gym, water slides, water sports, etc.. And the re-modeled rooms were 5+ star. To mention a couple peoples names- Eva at the front desk was amazing, Nancy is a character is also absolutely amazing. The tennis, football, and golf coaches were fantastic for the kids- really have not seen better. And the guy at the gym (dont know his name) was there to spot me for each exercise I did- a good dude who goes out of his way to be helpful. The food was okay, would have liked more Greek options, seems like they were just trying to cater to a very broad audience. Decent food but certainly nothing special and they need to address Cosmos which is the half board restaurant.

− Two things that bothered me on this trip: 1) We did half board and had breakfast/dinner each day at Cosmos which was typically a brutal experience. The little things they dont get right. The food was very average (which strangly seemed to get a lot better towards the end of the trip). But the service was abysmal. Trying to get my table cleaned before we sat down, trying to get coffee, trying to do anythign that required a waiters attention was literally miserable. Which is strange because the other resturants were fine (the beach bar had great service). But it was not all bad, was blown away when we came late, and one of the chef's saw my daughter was upset because they cleared away all of the food. He went out of his way to ask here what she wanted and then proceeded to cook it for her. Cant remember his name but the guys on the grill in Cosmos were generally very nice/helpful. Or Nancy who was there one day, she was amazing. 2) The pillows in the room. They have such amazing rooms, newly remodeled, literally top of the line. But the pillows on the bed were some of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. It seemes like they redid everything in the room but left the pillows from 20 years ago. We tried changing them a couple times (and they have a pillow menu) but they all seem to be variations of the same thing (old lumpy and uncomfortable). To sleep so poorly because of bad pillows (in such a beautiful room) seems like such an easy fix.
