9.0The boat tour they arranged for us to visit Emerald Cave & Koh Kradan.
− Ate at restaurant and we found hair in our food. Staff was informed and they were very apologetic and gave us a discount. Good service recovery.

6.0They were helpful with boat booking! N most of them spoke really good English! N really nice staff n very sweet! The breakfasts were good!
− The ac was intermittent and a lil noisy! And there was next to nill for water pressure! Took 3x longer to shower than normal! N the power cuts out semi often! N there are a shit ton of mosquitoes! N the room was super basic n in need of updated big time! N it was very small n the room had 1 light only n it was so bright it was blinding! N everytime I went to eat at the restaurant n becuz I was traveling solo I wuld point the fan towards me cuz there were a shit ton of flies wen u sat to eat..n every time which was 3x I went to eat they wuld take my fan n move it to a table where there was 2 or more sitting! 🤯😡 n don't order any hamburgers there of any kind the patties n buns r super hard n rubbery! N the beach was very rocky n the tide goes out round 1030 am n it goes way out so u can't even enjoy the beach n swimming there during the day! Let's just say i don't recommend it over all n i won't be returning!

We had a lovely stay and like the area we were in. Away from the crowds
10.0Great aircon and huge fridge and friendly staff. They organized a bike for us and a wonderful longtail boat tour to Koh Kradan
− Very hard bed and no packing space for your clothing. Also the wash basin and mirror is located outside of the bathroom in the bedroom area and the lighting above the basin is very poor.
