Fell short from our expectation and is not ideal for family

− The property is undermanaged. It took us 3 hrs after arrival to get the room wifi sorted. That too the room boy was very helpful and did his best to get it sorted, Eventually when he couldn't we asked him to change the room but the manager had gone to sleep and wouldn't even answer his phone. Finally when we started raising our voice, the manager called back and again asked for half an hour to sort the internet. Then we were asked to change the villa and funny part was that even the second villa didn't have internet so we moved to the third villa which had internet, So it took us more than 4hrs to get settled in a villa. Next to the pool their is a work station where we met with enormous spiders, swimming pool area had lights dangling from the roof. So all in all the owners need to put some effort in maintaining the property and making it pleasant for their guests
