Unser Aufenthalt im Kokomo war herrlich, von der ersten Minute und der Ankunft am Steg bis zu unserer Abreise. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich bemüht, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut und hochwertig. Beim Frühstück à la carte war für jeden (auch unsere Kinder) was dabei und auch die Auswahl beim Abendessen war sehr umfangreich. Es gibt auch ein paar Restaurants rund um das Hotel, falls man Abwechslung möchte. Unser Bungalow war sauber und gemütlich. Wunderschöner Ort mit klarem Wasser, frei umherschwimmenden Wasserschildkröten.

The well-trained and very friendly staff made our stay feel so great, we ended up extending it multiple times. Special thanks to Uki, whose genuine care made every meal at the restaurant even more enjoyable. As there are not many options on the island, we were happy that the food was delicious (best beef rendang) and safe to eat. The staff truly made a difference in every way. Room cleaning was done twice a day. Someone was passing by the tennis court and turned on the lights before we even noticed it was getting dark. We were always greeted with a smile and a glass of water when returning to the resort. On our last night, they prepared a special dinner setting at the end of the jetty. There was always enough drinking water in the room, so you dont have to beg for it like in other resorts we stayed at in Lombok. The gym is basic, but has everything you need. Amazing sunset view on the other side of island!

− The property is a bit dated and would need some investment to truly feel luxurious. For example, the restaurant linens were white clean, but already torn. The rooms were clean, but the furniture is old. Cheap Android TV at the gym is unusable. To fully enjoy the stay, you’ll need to be comfortable with a few rustic touches. You may encounter insects, there are goats and chickens roaming freely around the island, and you can hear the nearby mosque at 4 a.m. That said, after the second night, we no longer minded. The only thing we really could not ignore was the trash on the island, which takes away from its natural beauty. The sunset view is unforgettable, but so is the trash you have to pass on the way there.

Fantastic property - villas are well appointed and the pools are lovely - the staff here make the experience though they are always ready with fresh water they know you name and the service is impeccable. Every one of the team made our experience amazing

− Not the property issue but the broader issue of rubbish on the island is hard to ignore

Gutes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und hat gut geschmeckt. Die Sauberkeit in der Villa und den Pools ist sehr gut. Es wird viel unternommen um das Müllproblem am Strand in den Griff zu bekommen.

− Es gibt auf Gili Gede nicht viel zu unternehmen. Die Aktivitäten begrenzen sich auf die Hotelanlage und Aktivitäten im und auf dem Wasser.
