Do not stay here! Not what it’s rated in here and it should be removed from the site
1.0Nothing, it was dirty, we walked in and out and gave back the keys.
− There was yellow substance dripping down the walls, thick dirt in the head board and on the walls. I have videos & pictures of it all. There was hair in the bed and the bedsheets were stained. The property is refusing my request to cancel without being changed which I requested storage away on this app and booking.coms request for a refund. I did ask the property on the day however they said to get a refund through booking.com if they processed it, it would take 2 weeks. Now booking.com will not refund me and neither will the property so I’m £88 down PLUS we had to book somewhere on the day and it costs over £400 for the duration we was meant to stay here due to no where being available.
