8.0Restaurante muito bom (café da manhã e janta). Presença do pier, que facilitou embarque para passeio. Quarto confortável.
− Na recepção ninguém falava inglês. Pra um padrão alto de hotel foi um pouco decepcionante. Tivémos que ajudar uma turista na comunicação.

7.0− Lors de notre check-in, nous avons informé la réception que nous souhaitions régler notre séjour en francs suisses. Malheureusement, la réceptionniste ne nous a pas présenté le terminal de paiement permettant de choisir la devise de facturation. Le montant a donc été débité avec une majoration d’environ 14 % liée à la conversion de monnaie. Nous avons ensuite contacté le service de comptabilité afin d’obtenir un remboursement d’environ 300 reais. À ce jour, nous n’avons reçu aucune réponse. Il nous a également été proposé un voucher en guise de compensation, mais nous sommes toujours dans l’attente de celui-ci. En dehors de cet incident, l’hôtel était plutôt agréable et nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

− La literie le confort en général 1 seul àscenseur jamais disponible 6 étages le personnel avec aucune concideration, le restaurant au ponton fermé pendant tout notre séjour sans explication le restaurant de l hôtel horrible petit dej avec viennoiserie rance et dure comme du bois. Piscine avec les odeur de friture du point snack

− Acho que o banheiro precisa de manutenção, o chuveiro pinga muito e a água demora para esquentar.
Uma ótima escolha!
9.0O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, o quarto é bom e espaçoso a ducha do chuveiro é forte e possui um mercadinho de auto atendimento super prático e com bastante variedade de itens. O passeio de barco saiu do pier do hotel. A piscina é ótima, a academia com ótimas esteiras, gostei bastante.
− Achei o restaurante do hotel caro e café da manhã tb para a qualidade da comida, mas por aqui na região dos lençóis é assim em todo lugar.
Poucos dias e com ótima estadia.
