Nie wieder SATAMA!! Umgebung ja, aber nie SATAMA

Frühstück war nur mit Eintritt in den Saunapark möglich. Unsere Frage nach Frühstück ohne Sauna wurde verneint. Also, Frühstück selbst gemacht.

− Kein Wlan !!! ein Holzkorb wurde aufgestellt ,ohne dass wir diesen bestellt haben, mussten aber bezahlen! Auch nach Diskussionen blieben wir auf 20 Euro sitzen. Wir haben dann aber das Holz mit nach Hause genommen, war ja schließlich bezahlt. Wir haben gemerkt, dass mit dem Preis der Endreinigung etwas schief lief. Auf der Rechnung von Booking stand 80 Euro, auf der Homepage des Ferienparks 60 Euro. Auf unsere Frage an die Unterkunft, warum das so abweicht, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass Booking.com oft seine eigenen Preise macht. Das war uns nicht einleuchtend, also schrieben wir an Booking.com das Problem, welches umgehend bearbeitet wurde, zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Für uns eine Lüge vom Ferienpark.

Sehr schöne Lage, viele Aktivitäten für Kinder drumrum, See ist schön, tolle Aussicht aus den Häusern

− Es war alles gut, wir haben uns wohl in den Häuseren gefüllt, es war alles für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt da Wir haben es etwas kompliziert mit dem manuallen Ablesen von Strom- und Wasserzähler gefunden, dass wir auf das Ergebniss warten müssten und daher etwas unflexiebel bei der Abreise waren

− Schade um das Potenzial – hier mangelt es an Sauberkeit und ServiceDie Ferienwohnung hat eigentlich eine schöne Lage, aber der Zustand war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Wasserterrasse bot durch das zugewachsene Schilf leider gar keinen Ausblick mehr. Die Reinigung vor unserer Ankunft wurde extrem oberflächlich durchgeführt: Klebrige Flecken und Krümel auf dem Boden, Brotreste auf dem Tisch, Spinnen im Haus und ein ungereinigter Geschirrspüler mit Resten vom Vormieter. Zudem waren die Betten total durchgelegen, was den Komfort zusätzlich stark gemindert hat. Es gab auch außer dem bereits eingelegten Müllbeutel keinerlei Ersatzbeutel, sodass man den Müll nicht einmal zwischendurch wechseln oder entsorgen konnte.Dass auch die Hecken am Parkplatz so zugewachsen waren, dass man kaum einparken konnte, passte leider ins Bild. Schade war auch, dass an der Rezeption keinerlei Interesse an uns als Gästen bestand und man uns nicht einmal einen schönen Aufenthalt gewünscht hat. Ein WLAN-Passwort wurde uns auch nicht bereitgestellt. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen, nur eins zwei Sachen zu bemängeln

Wir hatten ein Häuschen mit Wasserterrasse. Wirklich super schön. Auch das Bad mit Sauna und Whirpoolwanne war ein kleines Highlight für die Kids. Die Lage an sich war für uns auch super. Gleich am See mit Bootsverleih und Versorgung, wenn der kleine Hunger kam.

− Die alten Spinnenetze in Ecken oder etwas höher gelegen könnten für den Preis schon doch auch beseitigt werden. An sich war es sauber, aber das empfand ich als störend. Dann kam bei der Abreise noch ein Punkt auf der Rechnung, den ich hier so nicht gesehen habe. Wir mussten einen Holzkorb bezahlen für den Kamin. An sich ja eine schöne Sache, wenn es draußen kalt ist. Nur konnten wir den Kamin beim 25 Grad Außentemperaturen nicht nutzen und somit blieb der Holzkorb unberührt.
