10.0التجربة استثنائية وجميلة جداً، الاكل لذيذ ونظيف ومتنوع، الخدمة احترافية وعلى اعلى مستوى واخص بالذكر الاستاذ فتحي من فريق علاقات النزلاء، الحقيقة كان متواصل معنا بشكل مستمر من اول ما وصلنا لحد اخر يوم ووفر لنا كل سبل الراحة وكان يتأكد بشكل يومي ان امورنا تمام وكل شي زي ما احنا حابينه، راجعين للفندق مرة ثانية وثالثة اكيد.

− מתקני המים עם הגלגלים ,יש להעלות את הגלגלים במעלית .הם כבדים וילדים או נשים לא יכולים להעלותם למעלה. תוכניות בידור בערב או ביום חלשות מאד או לא קיימות. יש לחשוב על זה.מקום

10.0حرفيا كل اشي اعجبني والمكان فكر بكل شغله ممكن يحتاجها الزبون. * لما نحكي عن النظافه مش المقصود نظافة الغرف لانها هاي شغله مفهومه ضمنا لاي اوتيل بحترم حالو واكيد اكيد ريكسوس مفيش اي غلطه على نظافة الغرف و نظافة البرك والشط، لكن نظافة الحدائق الي معبيه الاوتيل منظرها ولونها الناصع الحلو كان جد خرافي، 11 يوم كاملين انا مصدفتش اصغر انواع الوسخ في اي حديقه. * الاكل بمطاعم البوفيه المفتوح كانت ممتازه وحتى لو عندك اي طلب خاص مش موجود عل بوفيه بكفي انك تطلب من اي شيف وراح يحضرلك اياه. لكن انا بدي احكي عن المطاعم المتنوعه في الفندق!!!!! حرفيا مطاعم الي ممكن تتنافس مع اي مطعم شيف عالمي من ناحية الخدمه والجوده والطعم والي جد خلتنا نحس انو كل يوم بنتعشى بدولة مختلفه. وبدي اخص بلذكر المطعم الي كررتو 3 او 4 مرات وهو المطعم البرازيلي جد كان رائع. * السعر وهو عامل اساسي لاي رحله زي كثير ناس ترددت احجز بلاوتيل لاني حسيت السعر غالي وغير مستحق قبل الحجز، لكن اليوم انا بقدر اقول انو الفندق يستاهل ويستحق كل دولار اندفع بهاي الرحله. على التنوع في المرافق والاكل والفعاليات الي كانت بلفندق. * صاحب فكرة الريكسي شخص عبقري، فكر بكل اشي بحتاجو الاولاد من جيل 0 لحد سن المراهقه وحطو بمكان واحد مع فعاليات متنوعه. جد كان لا ملل للاولاد والي هو اهم عنصر لما نخطط لهيك رحله. * الخدمه كانت ملوكيه بكل المحلات والطاقم كان جدا من مساعد وبشوش وتعامل مع كل طلباتنا بشكل مهني وكثير مرات كان افضل من التوقع. وبدي اخص بلذكر الاستاذ فتحي من خدمة الزبائن الي حرفيا اني وصلت لوضع اني صرت اتردد اطلب منو شغلات بس اصرارو بكل مره انو يفحص اذا عنا طلبات حتى لو خاصه خلاني اتجرئ واطلب وهو بكل بساطه وبشاشه كان دايما يرد "تحت امرك يفندم"، والاستاذ احمد مدير المطعم البرازيلي انسان جدا هادي وراقي وحتى الطاقم الي عندو تحسو مثلو وبلاخص الشيف سامح، والاستاذ عبدالله مدير الامن بلاكوا بارك الي دايما استقبلنا بسلام حار وبشاشه واهتم انو كل احتياجاتنا تكون موجوده، واكيد ما راح انسى الاستاذ حسين المدير العام للفندق الي لما عرف اني حصل سوء تفاهم مع ابني بلريكسي اصر انو ييجي لعنا بنفسو ويشرحلنا الي صار مع هدايا للاولاد. مع اني خصصت بلذكر هدول الاشخاص بس صدقا الطاقم كلو على الاطلاق عمل المطلوب منو وزياده.
− مش متاكد انو بحقلي اكتب شغلات لم تعجبني لانو فتحي كان ببساطه يحلها ويهتم فيها من لحظة "الشكوى" الى اختفائها.
