− I recently stayed at Corryong Caravan Park and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was extremely poor. The cabin was not clean when we arrived, and when we raised our concerns, instead of addressing the issue professionally, staff blamed us for the condition of the room and used inappropriate language. We felt disrespected and that our concerns were not taken seriously. What was even more concerning was that staff entered our locked cabin and removed the keys without informing us beforehand. We found this unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, we did not feel valued as customers and were disappointed by the way we were treated throughout our stay. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
