− Територія організована таким чином, що під час заходу у котедж чи прогулянки легко можна травмуватись. По території готелю до котеджів розташовані доріжки з бруківкою та подекуди зі сходиною на стежці. Сходин на стежці взагалі не видно навіть удень. Сходини не марковані, та не освітлені ввечері. Коли я поверталась до свого котеджу ввечері, стежка до котеджу не була освітлена. Я перечепилася через непередбачувану та не підсвічену сходину на стежці , впала, поранила до крові руки, коліна, плече і навіть трохи обличчя. Пошкодила перстень на пальці. На мої претензії адміністратор відповів, що я сама повинна була собі підсвічувати дорогу, бо в них стежки не освітлюються. Згодом зʼясувалась, що мій син теж вдень перечепився через цю сходину і впав та подер руки. Через іншу таку ж сходину перечепилася у той же день засвітла товаришка мого сина, впала, поранила ногу, порвала святкове вбрання. Холодильник у номері жовтий і побитий, з вживаної секонд хенд техніки з Європи, він вийшов з терміну експлуатації і може бути пожежонебезпечним. Ззаду на холодильнику бруд і павутина. Рушники поклали на стійку для взуття, внаслідок чого я не могла взяти нижній рушник у користування. Вода в умивальнику затримується і стікає дуже повільно. Телевізор не працював, не вмикався. Фен у номері відсутній. Хоч вказаний у описі.
