The location was excellent but didn’t swim as pool was too dirty

Pool villa was great stay. Great location, great rooms - would recommend.
9.0We loved the private pool villa. Location was perfect - central to everything. Bedrooms were great. Aircon was great & super cold. Alam club facilities which whilst basic meant you could just pop in and have a quick drink on your way in or out.
− No gym. A little maintenance required but nothing that affected our stay or bothered us.
Convenient location, good staff
7.0The location was very conveninet for the beach and shopping, liked the water refill stations everywhere, rooms were a good size and bathrooms nice. Pool areas and gardens were nice but looked a bit tired. Breakfast was nice. The staff were lovely, very helpful and kind.
− The hotel was being renovated so I think it would be good when completed - but for us everywhere looked a bit tired.

If you have to stay in Kuta: Stay here
9.0Booked a 2 night stopover in Bali (between Flores and Sulawesi) and chose a hotel in Kuta to be close to the airport since my departure flight from the DPS airport started very early. I gotta be honest: While Bali has lots of beautiful sights to offer once you drive deeper into the island I found the city of Kuta to be an unpleasant Babylonian hellscape full of annoying pushy merchants and even more annoying lowlife wannabe-influencer tourists. Therefore I was glad to have booked this hotel which is located in a quiet side street and serves as a nice peaceful oasis with spacious rooms and 2 swimming pools. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is decent and the restaurant offers a good dinner menu with reasonable prices. You can reach several supermarkets within walking distance.
− If your flight to Bali lands in the late afternoon/evening expect the drive to the hotel to take 30-40 min despite the short distance because of heavy traffic.

Please note: - Minor renovation work will take place from November 2025 until December 2026 in the old lobby, Veranda Bar, and Bunga Kelapa Restaurant.
