3.0The staff were available and trying to resolve our concerns
− The room was very dirty and felt it was not cleaned before our arrival. The bed sheets were stained and there was animal dung mear to the pillow. We booked "Excellent Desert Safari" but were brought to another resort and were accommodated in a lower room category stating that we were "off season" so this hotel was closed. Interestingly, the next day Booking.com was still recommending that same hotel that is closed... I felt it was a.scam aiming at taking more money from its customers. In the end, we were looking forward to leaving this place after 2 days in Sam.

Evening Jeep and camel 🐪 safari was great this movement was never forget in my life.the Jeep Safari like Dubai desert.food was very delicious and testy .staff was very helpful thanks mr habib for good service . highly recommend .total worth of money ....😘

− A really nice desert stay. Amazing hospitality, food and other arrangements. The sunrise and sunset views from the stay are amazing. The rooms are also very hygienic and spacious. Our last minute plans worked out really well thanks to these people. The place is also safe for solo female travellers thanks to the owner and staff there who are available 24x7
