− Nonfunctional TV, a loose power outlet, and no slippers for the guests, the water heater is fine it's just that the power outlet has water leakage that could cause a fire. The CR is not maintained. Leaking water from the ceiling.

1.0The only saving grace for this property is the location. It's walking distance to the shore.
− Overall, the service was really HORRIBLE. We booked a family room of 2 - good for 4 pax and 6 pax and we were only provided with 2 thin small blankets for 4 pax and 3 thin small blankets for 6 pax. We've requested them to please provide us the blankets since we're paying for 10 pax and not just 5 pax. The hotel staff told us we have to pay extra php200.00 for the blankets. They told us we have to share blankets. It's our first time to receive a horrible service such as this! Plus we've paid additional php600.00 for using the kitchen., we thought that we had the kitchen all by ourselves only to find out other guests who did not pay were also using the kitchen as well. the hotel did not provide drinking water for the guests plus they did not have any water dispenser even in the common area given the heat was on its peak. If you don't have drinking water with you, you're going to suffer dehydration. Plus guests who were entitled for a free breakfast will only get half of what they've paid for. A room booked with 6 pax will only be provided 3 free breakfast, 4 pax will be given 2 free breakfast and so on... If you want everyone in the trip to have a breakfast at this horrible hotel you have to pay extra. This establishment doesn't have any customer services, every minor requests from guests is equated with money, money, money... Don't ever book this hotel. There are other options far better than this place.
Horrible Experience!!!!!!!!
1.0Nothing!! We arrived at the end of the road and had to go off roading to reach our destination! We felt scared, unsafe, left the the hotel and ended up staying at a different hotel (Costa Pacifica Resort) We do not recommend damara resort to anyone! We were very disappointed!!
− The building is isolated, old, beat up, rundown dirty and abandoned! there’s no guests around and only had 1 worker for the whole hotel. This hotel was rated 5 stars and that’s the reason why we chose it but it’s more of a 1/2 star hotel! Very disappointed!!!
