− Só havia um travesseiro para cada hóspede, o que nao é confortável. Nao tem cobertores no quarto nem ferro de passar. Poucas opções de brincadeiras para as criancas. Nao tem monitores nos brinquedos, o que torna perigoso. Sao poucos monitores para muitas crianças

− A manutenção do hotel em si. O ar condicionado estava pingando e o pessoal da manutenção só consertou no outro dia, ou seja, passamos a noite com o ar condicionado pingando. O que puderam fazer na hora foi colocar algumas toalhas para conter a água, mas não trocaram de quarto.

10.0− O tempo curto de atividade na fazendinha, deveriam explorar mais a estrutura existente. Nos dias em que fiquei no hotel a atividade de interação com os animais durou apenas 30 minutos.

− Estava frio e nos quartos não havia cobertores. Ao pedir na recepção, disseram que não havia cobertores para todos os hóspedes e que os que tinham foram para a lavanderia e não tinham voltado. Resultado: estávamos em seis apartamentos e ficamos de sexta a domingo e nunca apareceram os cobertores. As filas para as refeições também estavam absurdas. Meia hora no jantar, cinquenta minutos para as tapiocas. Inviável ficar em pé para chegar ao buffet por tanto tempo. A piscina aquecida jamais aqueceu. A academia estava desativada.
