10.0This was our first visit to Cornwall, and we had a wonderful stay. Richard was an excellent host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He gave us lots of useful information about the local area, and we really appreciated his advice on places to visit and things to do, which made our first trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation was comfortable, and we felt right at home throughout our stay. Thank you, Richard and Julia, for your hospitality. We'd happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Peaceful and welcoming family getaway
9.0We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our first caravan holiday. The location was peaceful and a great place for exploring the local area. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, especially Richard, who met us on the first day. He took the time to show us a map of the area and recommended places to visit including tourist attractions, bars, and restaurants which we incredibly appreciated. We also had a lovely family barbecue during our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic holiday- would definitely recommend.
− The only small downside was having to pay extra for bed sheets and towels. We were aware of this before booking, as it was clearly stated in the description so it wasn't a surprise. However, from a value-for-money perspective, I feel these are fairly basic essentials that could be included in the price. That said, this didn't take away from our overall experience and we were still very happy with our stay.
