10.0Расположение прекрасное: в комплексе есть бассеён, бар, ресторанчик, в котором всё ооочень вкусно. Пляж чистый и совсем близко. Всё очень красиво сделано, настоящий рай.
− Очень шумный кондиционер, как трактор, который несколько раз не очень удачно пытались починить. И ещё персонал не пошёл нам навстречу и переселил нас в последние сутки нашего пребывания, поскольку они не были нами заранее оплачены. Никакой компенсации за все эти неудобства мы так и не получили.

We fully understand and respect your religious observances; however, we regret that we are unable to assist with certain matters during this time, such as preparing hot water or tea, or operating electrical appliances (e.g., turning lights on or off).
2.) According to the hotel’s policy, every individual is counted as one guest, including children of all ages.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your kind understanding.
Please note that room cleaning, which includes changing of towels and linens, is every 2 days.
