8.0the beach was amazing, very clean, the restaurant was good and the staff was incredible
− For a family with kids or people who just want to stay in the hotel and don’t leave the beach it is okay. But for those who doesn’t, I don’t recommend it! The last boat from the hotel to center of phi phi, is at 5pm and to return they just have at the next day at 12 am… you can always pay a taxi boat but it is very expensive!! And you can’t walk to the center cause it is literally more than 1h in the florest and there’s no light after 5:30pm… so basically you have to have dinner in the hotel… and we wanted to make a tour with other companies to explore the phi phi, and we couldn’t because of the boats… we asked if it wasn’t any possibility for the boat waiting for us, cause the time between the departure from the pier of the hotel’s boat and the end of our tour was like 30min… and they don’t let us so we had to book the tours with them which was a little more expensive… Like I said, if you are with kids and don’t wanna leave the hotel and just lay down on the beach the all day… go for it… but if you want to explore, to eat in other restaurants, I would pick other hotel

An actual island paradise
10.0EVERYTHING!!! I’m not going to lie, when I arrived and saw no tv, radio or any trace of technology in our room I was a little worried 3 days might be too much, but boy was I wrong. From the moment you land on the island you are shown such complete care and attention from the staff you feel instantly at home. The food, the drinks, the nightly entertainment by the crabs on the beach, the tropical fish you can snorkel with on a longboat tour with the staff; make it impossible to pick a favourite activity. Though to be honest for me it was definitely a tie between the beachside room & the snorkel trip around the cave. My partner would say the Amazing staff and meeting real life monkeys, but there was so much more than that it’s actually impossible to choose!!!! The whole staff on the island really gave this trip a special edge. Genuine care and thought went into every effort they made for us, by far our most favourite destination of the entire trip!
− If you add anything extra, robes in the room would be the perfect touch

1. A scheduled Long-tail boat is provided from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort with additional charges.
Depart from Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island to the resort: 11.30 am,13.30 pm, 16.30 pm and 17.30 pm.
Depart from the resort to Tonsai Pier, Phi Phi Island: 08.00 am, 10.00 am, and 12.30 pm
2. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in at the property.
3. Kindly provide all the guests' names and information in English during the booking process.
